With over 40 years of experience at FBC, this brake operator has mastered the art of precision bending. If it can be bent, he’s bent it—turning raw material into perfectly formed components with skill and consistency. His deep knowledge and problem-solving ability make him an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring top-tier quality in every part that passes through his press.

Pat is a highly skilled fabricator with over 15 years of metalworking experience, representing the future of brake press operations at FBC. With a keen eye for precision and a deep understanding of fabrication, Pat combines expertise with innovation, ensuring the next generation of bending excellence.

Our Shipping and Receiving Manager, brings over 30 years of logistics expertise to FBC. With an unmatched ability to organize, pack, and move materials efficiently, he ensures everything gets where it needs to be—on time and intact. His motto: ‘If it fits, it ships!

Jake is a skilled fabricator specializing in finishing and welding, with over five years of experience. He has been at the forefront of finish process development and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality results and efficiency in every project.

Tyler is a seasoned fabricator with over 15 years of experience, combining hands-on expertise with strategic oversight. A former part-owner of Metal Stock, he brings valuable industry knowledge to his role, managing all purchasing of supplies and equipment to keep the shop well-equipped and running smoothly.

Alex is a skilled laser operator with over five years of experience, bringing a keen eye for detail and expertise in CNC production. Always pushing for innovation, he is at the forefront of continual improvement and technology, helping to refine processes and enhance efficiency on the shop floor.

Jon is a master fabricator and welder with over 30 years of experience at FBC. His expertise in TIG welding, polishing, and refined finishing skills place him at the forefront of production, ensuring precision, quality, and craftsmanship in every project.

Mike is a lifelong metal worker with over 35 years of industry experience, keeping the metal flowing through all of FBC’s internal operations. As our material mover and internal logistics/laser assistant, he ensures everything is where it needs to be, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
